shedding layers

This is a story of letting go.

When it feels too heavy and wearing like a second skin that becomes a prison and hides our soul… let it go.

Shedding the past it’s like moulting, a symbol of transformation where either you shed or you die. As painful as letting go of what restrict us can sometimes be, letting go and shedding… gives new life.

When thou dost ask me blessing,

I'll kneel down,

And ask of thee forgiveness:

so we'll live, And pray, and sing, and tell old tales, and laugh.

At gilded butterflies and hear poor rogues”.
